Get ready for Fernie's Summer Social Wednesday Night Downtown Market and Concert series. This special outdoor event will offer Fernie and all the tourists it attracts with a free concert along with a beer gardens and farmers market.

An extensive advertising campaign and the support of multiple Fernie organizations ensure the success of this exciting Fernie event. Created in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, Tourism Fernie, Fernie Arts Station, Fernie Brewing Company and the Fernie Fix.

LOCATION
Station Square is just off Main Street (7th Street, from 1st to 2nd Ave) will be closed off for this event.

TIMES
The Summer Social event begins at 5pm and goes until 10pm, every Wednesday in July and August.

COST
$15/market.

SET UP
You may begin your set-up as early as 4pm. Vendors are responsible for their own set up (eg. tent & tables). There are some spots with power available at this site, please identify if you have this need in the form below.

Note: this is an outdoor event, please be prepared. Please check in with a Market Coordinator when you arrive to locate your booth placement, and learn about recommend parking areas.

PARKING
Vehicles cannot be parked on site, but may access the area to drop off your set up. Please be aware that all vehicles must leave the Market area by 5pm.

TAKE DOWN
At 10pm vendor vehicles will have access to the area for take down. The City will be removing the street closure at 11pm. Please ensure you are off the street by this time.

AVAILABILITY
There are limited spaces available at this market. Spaces will be filled quickly as eligible vendors apply. If you are interested act now to ensure your spot.

SOUND LEVELS
As this is a family event, the sounds levels of the music will reflect that and ensure it is at an easy speaking/listening level for vendors.
